I hope others do the same and maybe you get bought out by a company with integrity. I realize now I can not afford your crapy service and am cancelling immediately. Next month they added another $9 to the bill for a late fee which is apparently tacked onto your payment if you fail to pay before 5 days before your payment is due cause thats when I paid. I get the bill "fixed" again and am told how great of a deal i am getting(still $30 more than I was promised). I am given the run around for about 2 hours tryin-g to get it fixed and the reps keep politely telling me to "deal with it life sucks"(note to uverse: just cause your reps are saying things politely doesn't mean they are offering quality service).
